How it Works.
Our approach is simple, social, and supportive.
Three times each year we host an event where selected local charities share their work with the Leaders for Change community.
At each event:
1. Three organizations present their mission and the impact they are making.
2. Participants learn about each organization and vote for the charity they wish to support.
3. Donations are shared among the organizations, with the top voted charity receiving 50% and the remaining two sharing the balance.
Funds raised go directly to the charities so they can continue serving our community.
Community Driven
Leaders for Change is not an incorporated organization. It is simply a group of community minded citizens who want to support better lives for our neighbours. All work is done by volunteers and no members receive monetary compensation.
Together, we are building a community that believes small acts of generosity can create meaningful change.
